Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models for production systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to improve model performance.
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline ETL processes and data quality.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural design sessions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R, and advanced SQL skills.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
