Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and real-time decision systems
- Lead A/B testing frameworks optimizing conversion rates for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop novel NLP models processing 10M+ daily customer interactions
- Mentor junior scientists through weekly hackathons and technical workshops
- Translate complex statistical findings into executive dashboards and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with product teams to embed AI features into production environments
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences or peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of productionizing models serving 1M+ users
- Advanced knowledge of Bayesian inference, causal inference, and deep learning architectures
