Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems
- Develop statistical models and algorithms for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data solutions into production systems
- Translate technical findings into compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design to optimize product performance
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
