Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Leverage Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to process large-scale datasets
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in model validation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong foundation in statistical inference and experimental design
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade ML systems at scale
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and causal inference methods
- Demonstrated success in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
