Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch for high-stakes predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis validation to production deployment
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Optimize NLP and computer vision models for real-time decision-making systems
- Research novel deep learning architectures and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Implement MLOps best practices using Kubeflow and MLflow
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ industry experience
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Hadoop)
- Proven track record deploying production ML models with measurable business impact
- Strong theoretical foundation in Bayesian statistics and causal inference
