Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Lead complex data science projects from conception through deployment, ensuring scalability and performance

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field

- Proven track record of deploying production ML models using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and causal inference
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects with measurable outcomes
