Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling and AI techniques
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analyses to drive product decisions
- Develop real-time data processing systems with Apache Spark and Kafka
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and D3.js
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven impact on business metrics
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or deployed ML models
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
