Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and accuracy of models in production environments.
- Present findings and model performance metrics to executive leadership through clear, compelling data visualizations and storytelling.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the fields of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines into production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
