Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation to production monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams to identify data-driven growth opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical excellence of the team through code reviews and workshops.
- Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines and feature engineering systems.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through intuitive visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to architect and maintain distributed computing systems (Spark, Dask, or Ray).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
