Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Mentor junior scientists and establish best practices for data pipeline optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical background with experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects
