Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data-driven roadmaps.

- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML tooling and MLOps infrastructure.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders via intuitive visualizations.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, reliability, and accuracy at scale.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning and generative AI to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy.
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end ML solutions into production environments.
