Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects, from initial hypothesis generation to production implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and unlock new data-driven value propositions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical excellence of the team.
- Design rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders via intuitive visualizations.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for improved throughput and predictive accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically in building production-grade ML models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed computing tools (Spark/Databricks).
- Strong storytelling skills with expertise in BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members and driving technical strategy.
