Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on massive datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Create high-impact data visualizations and reports for executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Maintain production-grade code pipelines for model training and inference.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Fluency in Python and deep expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, Snowflake).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of experimental design and statistical hypothesis testing.
