Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion and cleaning to model evaluation and production.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core platform.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical architectural reviews.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends that drive revenue growth.
- Develop automated A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience and product performance.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
