Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and business opportunities
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for unstructured data (text, images, time-series)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present complex findings to C-level stakeholders and translate into strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience building production ML models at scale
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with A/B testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Published research or patents in ML/NLP/computer vision fields
