Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify new data-driven opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature efficacy.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to elevating our technical coding standards.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders via intuitive data visualization.
- Scale predictive infrastructure to handle high-throughput real-time data streams.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is a plus.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, probability theory, and statistical inference.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical roadmaps.
