Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ML deployment
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
