Responsibilities

- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality and model validation.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders through intuitive visualizations and storytelling.
- Lead R&D initiatives to evaluate new algorithms and frameworks to keep our tech stack at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
