Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities through data.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal AI research initiatives.
- Present complex findings to stakeholders using compelling visualizations and storytelling.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate product features and optimizations.
- Optimize existing models for inference latency and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
