Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and growth opportunities.
- Architect robust data pipelines using distributed computing frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in statistical modeling and feature engineering.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical executive leadership.
- Continuously optimize model performance and monitor deployment health in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in a data-focused role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical inference.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
