Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize business outcomes
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) for real-time analytics
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Present findings to C-suite executives through structured storytelling frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable business impact
