Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven strategies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference modeling for product improvements
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion data literacy across the organization
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive dashboards
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to business challenges
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems using MLOps best practices
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into ROI impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
