Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to solve complex business challenges
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to stakeholder presentation
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles with proven impact
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms (random forests, neural networks, NLP)
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with large datasets
- Strong business acumen with experience in product or marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data warehousing solutions
