We are seeking a high-performing Senior Data Analyst to join our elite business intelligence team in San Francisco. In this role, you will translate complex datasets into actionable strategic insights that directly impact our product roadmap and operational efficiency.
As a key driver of our data culture, you will collaborate with cross-functional leadership, design advanced visualization dashboards, and implement scalable analytics frameworks to power high-growth business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract and integrate data from disparate data warehouses.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify market trends, user behavior patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Formulate and execute A/B testing methodologies to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines and maintain robust data governance standards.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and query performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience coding in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Proven track record of building production-grade visualization dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical insights to non-technical audiences.
