Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end machine learning pipeline development from data ingestion to production deployment
- Design and implement advanced statistical models for predictive analytics and causal inference
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Mentor junior scientists and champion MLOps best practices
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Research and prototype novel AI techniques in areas like NLP and computer vision

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL
- Strong background in experimental design and A/B testing
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Publication record at top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) preferred
