You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, design A/B tests, and deliver actionable recommendations that directly impact our 2M+ users.
What you'll do: Architect end-to-end data science solutions, from data exploration to deployment. Lead ML model development for fraud detection, risk assessment, and personalization. Partner with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics. Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation
- Design and execute statistical experiments (A/B tests) to drive product decisions
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical data science solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and testing protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable business impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
