Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML ops
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical modeling background with causal inference experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences or journals preferred
