Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML/DL models for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to deployment
- Develop robust data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical programming (R/SAS)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Sagemaker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to ROI
- Published research or patents in data science/AI preferred
