Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and foster best practices in data ethics and governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven impact in production ML systems
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with large datasets
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects in NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
