Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to optimize core product features.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
- Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis and statistical validation on large-scale datasets.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and AWS infrastructure.
- Establish rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate ML model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion data-driven decision-making across the broader organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer in a SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Strong hands-on experience with distributed computing systems (Spark/Hadoop) and cloud architecture (AWS or GCP).
- Demonstrated history of deploying ML models to customer-facing production environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
