Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses
- Develop data pipelines using Python and SQL for large-scale data processing

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level deployments
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
