Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from exploratory data analysis to model production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance drivers and areas for optimization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical best practices across the team.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in massive datasets.
- Architect robust data pipelines and automate workflows to improve model performance and reliability.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership to influence product roadmap and strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expertise in Python or R, with deep proficiency in libraries like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
