Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable data science solutions
- Lead end-to-end data projects from exploration to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Communicate findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in the team
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level ML systems
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex NLP/CV projects
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
