Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve critical business challenges
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into product features
- Develop scalable data pipelines and optimize ETL processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, deep learning, and causal inference
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with production-level code quality
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, classification, time series)
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio with 3+ impactful data science projects
