Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into core product features.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior data.
- Develop and maintain scalable production-grade models using Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural design sessions and code reviews.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
