Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to improve product engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators and tracking metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable executive-level insights and visual dashboards.
- Automate data pipelines to enhance the efficiency and scalability of predictive modeling workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends in large-scale user datasets.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data-driven excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically in a production-heavy environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
