Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time predictive modeling
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis validation to deployment
- Develop and maintain A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven impact in product development
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
