Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to production-ready predictive services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends and optimize performance metrics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal AI research documentation.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the engineering and product teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain our technical competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in SQL and experience with cloud-native data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps best practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the deployment of scalable production models.
