Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for customer behavior prediction and risk assessment
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards using Python, R, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance fraud detection systems
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Translate technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Present quarterly data strategy reviews to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of production ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Track record of translating complex data into business impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce analytics preferred
