Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for clinical data analysis
- Develop advanced statistical models to predict patient outcomes and treatment efficacy
- Translate complex findings into executive-ready visualizations and strategic recommendations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for healthcare product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in model validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with healthcare industry focus
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio of published ML models and Kaggle competition results
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
