Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Translate complex data insights into compelling visualizations and stakeholder reports
- Lead data science projects using Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with portfolio of deployed ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of solving business problems with data-driven solutions
