Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical analysis and advanced algorithms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production environments with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference studies to measure campaign effectiveness
- Develop interactive dashboards and executive presentations using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Stay current with emerging research in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background including regression, time series, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects with clear business impact metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in AWS ML or Google Cloud Data Engineering preferred
