Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in a production-grade cloud environment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability for stakeholders.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Sagemaker), GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
