Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and decision support systems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to production deployment using MLOps best practices
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical analysis and deep learning techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and build dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer reviews to ensure solution quality and innovation
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP and computer vision for healthcare applications
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML model deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) and data governance frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or conference presentations in data science or AI domains
