Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in a production environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Optimize model performance and implement automated monitoring for data drift.
- Partner with data engineering teams to refine our data infrastructure and pipeline efficiency.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Proven expertise in SQL and working with large-scale distributed datasets (Spark, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.
