Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in MLOps.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing tools like Apache Spark or Dask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
