As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence. Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation
- Develop ETL pipelines processing 50M+ daily records using Spark and cloud infrastructure
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate data-driven product improvements
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to C-suite executives
- Research emerging NLP and computer vision techniques for product innovation
- Ensure data governance compliance and model ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience building production ML models at scale
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data science projects
- Experience with statistical modeling (regression, time-series, clustering)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business audiences
- Certification in Google Cloud/Azure Data Science preferred
