Responsibilities

- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical methodologies to validate business hypotheses
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio of deployed models
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Expert proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and causal inference
