Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to optimize customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive analytics into our core platform.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust data science project roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify hidden revenue opportunities.
- Maintain high coding standards and implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Present data-backed insights to C-suite stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and MLOps best practices.
- Deep understanding of statistical inference, regression analysis, and deep learning architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments that impact bottom-line metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical partners.
