Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead predictive modeling projects to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis methodologies
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ML pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven experience in predictive modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in experimental design and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
